We require a credit card deposit equal to the first night’s stay at the time of reservation. Cancellations/reduction of the number of nights booked are possible without penalty up to 15 days before arrival. 100% penalty will be applied for cancellations/no show/ changes/ early departures received within 15 days from the date of arrival.

For bookings made within 15 days of the check in date, a non – refundable payment for the entire stay is required.

In case of cancellation or changes : Full amount penalty (100%stay)

In case of no- show : Penalty full amount (100% stay)

Check-in from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
Since there is a limited reception service available, the estimated time of arrival has always to be arranged and confirmed in advance, even within the scheduled check-in time, at least a day before the arrival date by phone: +39 324.8438351 or by email: info@sciala.it

Check-out by 10.00am
Late check-out without prior approval of the owners will be charged a full night’s stay. In that event, it is possible to use common areas and free luggage storage will be guaranteed.

Our B&B, unfortunately is not equipped for the comfort of disabled guests.
